Villarreal officially announced that the team has renewed the contract with Spanish defender Pedraza.
Pedraza’s contract with Villarreal was originally due to expire next summer, and after agreeing to renew, he signed a contract that expires in the summer of 2025.
Pedraza, 24, joined the Villarreal youth academy in 2011. He was loaned to Lugo, Leeds, Alaves and Real Betis.
Pedraza was originally famous as a left-winger, but now he has become a left-back.
Pedraza has played 52 times for Villarreal in all competitions and scored 4 goals. He has made 94 appearances for Yellow Submarine, Alaves and Real Betis in La Liga, scoring 7 goals.
